Course Format

Arriving from 9.45am onwards for registration,  coffee and muffins.

At 10am we start each day with a short briefing and introduction to your course.

We like to focus on the benefits of preparing ahead and creating simple and delicious food.  Following demonstrations, you will be given the time and assistance to replicate what you have been shown.  We stop for lunch in the middle of the day to enjoy the fruits of your labour and a glass of wine.

All ingredients and equipment will be provided on the day and there’s an opportunity to take a few nibbles home with you.  The day will finish around 4.00pm.

 

Evening Classes

 

Starting at 6.30pm and running until 9.00pm, the evening will be full of demonstrations and tastings. 

 

Group Demonstrations
